Refund and Return Policy

Gaahaq deals in freshly prepared food and meal delivery services in Pakistan. Because food items are perishable, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been prepared or delivered.

Refund Eligibility

A refund or adjustment may be reviewed if an order is cancelled before preparation starts, if the wrong item is delivered, if an item is missing, or if there is a clear quality issue reported promptly after delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for incorrect customer details, unavailable customer at delivery, change of mind after preparation, taste preference, or delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside normal platform control.

Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed based on order details, restaurant confirmation, delivery status, and evidence where applicable. Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method supported by the store.
